JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Take charge of the publishing of Mobile games on Google Play and App Store on a global scale
• Do market research, competitor analysis, teamwork with Data Science, Operation, Product team to analyze games, behaviors and insights of global gamers, grasp trends and apply them to marketing strategies for products
• Plan ambitious mobile advertising campaigns toward the growth objective in the short-term and long-term period. Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, make weekly, monthly, quarterly reports
• Directly plan, implement, optimize and manage advertising campaigns: Facebook, Google, Unity, Snapchat, Tiktok,… based on ROAS and LTV

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS: 

• Strong knowledge of Marketing and Business
• Strong logical thinking and sense, data analysis skills, creativity skills
• 2-3 years of experience managing marketing or UA campaigns, preferably in games or mobile
• In depth understanding and proven expertise with Facebook, Google ads. Having experience and understanding with other platforms is a big plus (e.g. ASA, Snapchat, Tiktok,…)
• In depth experience with ASO or SEO
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience in the gaming industry is a plus but not mandatory
• Good English skill (Verbal, Written)
• Enjoy playing games, especially mobile games
